Don’t be fooled by its label as a dressing, this scrumptious versatile sauce will leave you scraping your bowl and licking your fingers. It is known to turn lettuce-scoffers into leafy lovers, but can also be used as a dip for chips or bread, or as a sauce or condiment on rice dishes; raw, steamed, or roasted veggies; chili; pastas (try it on pesto, or instead of sauce); or any number of preparations. Be creative! And it’s delicious dry too—just sprinkle it over curries, soups, stews, pasta, and salads.
